                   BioMEMS/Microfluidics

BioMEMS (Biomedical Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) has emerged as a subset of MEMS devices for applications in biomedical research and biological microdevices. BioMEMS devices take advantage of several intricsic characteristics of microfluidics including laminar flow, low consumption of costly reagents, minimal handling of hazardous materials, short reaction time required for analysis, multiple sample detection in parallel, portability, and versatility in design. We use the most advanced technologies for the production of our biosensors and biofuel cells.
