• Dr. Huang is serving as the topic organizer of the Microfluidics Forum, at the ASME International Mechanical Engineering Congress & Exposition to be held in November 2010 at Vancouver, Canada. A call for papers and a description of the forum can be found here.

• Dr. Huang will be presenting an invited talk at the Nanofluids: Fundamentals and Applications II Conference in August 2010 at Montreal, Canada. The title of the presentation is "Evanescent wave-based optical diagnostic techniques and their applications to nanofluidics and mass transport."
